This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of services provided by Jon Liu, hereafter referred to as "the Company," "we," or "us."

By engaging our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

The Company offers web consulting services including but not limited to website design, development, optimization, maintenance, usability, SEO, accessibility, and digital marketing strategies.

a. The client must provide clear and timely communication regarding their requirements, expectations, and feedback throughout the project duration.

b. The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and materials required for the completion of the project.

The client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered, as outlined in the package descriptions and pricing.

a. The Company will provide an estimated project timeline, which is subject to change based on various factors including client responsiveness and project scope.

b. Delays in project completion caused by the client will not be the responsibility of the Company.

a. The client retains ownership of all content, images, and materials provided for the project.

b. The Company retains ownership of all code, designs, and materials developed or created during the course of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the project.

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the services provided.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, United States.

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
